Pilates Mat and Reformer Classes

Beginner

  • In all of these classes, the clients will be taken through the basic principles of Pilates; breathing techniques, pelvic alignments, etc… Then, they will start with very basic exercises from the instructor’s repertoire. These classes will not be vigorous. The emphasis in these classes will be to allow the client to utilize the basic principles to gain a full understanding of the techniques. Due to the pace of the class, the Instructor is on hand to assist everyone and make any adjustments needed to each student.
