Zen Yoga Dubai – Cancellation Policy

Dear Clients,

Cancellation Policy

Yoga & Pilates Mat Classes: 6 Hours

Pilates Reformer Classes; 24 hours

Please note there will be a FULL charge for all classes that are booked and not attended. You must cancel your booking 6 hours (minimum) before the start of yoga & pilates mat classes and 24 hours (minimum) before the start of pilates reformer classes. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of that class. Unlimited package holders will have one day deducted from the validity of their package.

Waitlist

Yoga & Pilates Mat Classes: 4 Hours

Pilates Reformer Classes; 4 Hours

If a space becomes available in a class, you will be notified via email and will have 2 hours to respond. You must have an active pass to book a spot in any class. Waitlist emails will NO LONGER be sent between 11:00pm – 8:00am, meaning if a spot becomes available overnight, you will be notified at 8:00am and will have until 10:00am to respond.

Online Classes via Zoom
The majority of our classes are being offered virtually via Zoom, please note that we need a minimum of 3 people to run the online classes. You can use your existing pass or buy a discounted pass online.

Zen Yoga has a strict no refund policy. Please note the expiry dates of your passes as these dates are firm and no exceptions will be made.

Zen Yoga has three locations throughout Dubai, in the event one location closes, students may use their remaining passes at any other studio locations – Zen Yoga has a strict no refund policy.
