For expectant mothers, you will strengthen the uterus, pelvic and core muscles, increase flexibility and coordination, improve circulation & digestion, and exercises the spine, thus alleviating many common discomforts. Our class is specially designed for all stages of your pregnancy, with special modifications for each trimester. NOTE: students should be past their first trimester before joining a prenatal class.
