I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zen Yoga. Im new to pilates and I was made welcome and at ease from the first class. The studio is light and comfortable and the instructors are amazing, taking the time to really ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. Im definitely addicted!
I have been going to Zen Yoga for years and always loved the brilliant teachers. Since they moved to the new JP studio, they have added lots more classes throughout the week and the facilities are excellent. There is something for everyone from beginners to advanced, and Leona’s high-intensity cardio reformer class has definitely made a massive difference to my strength and stamina. Thanks Zen Yoga team!
I am new to Zen Yoga, I joined when they first opened, the space is well lit and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the teachers are knowledgeable, patient and attentive to each student in the class. I love the classes and rejoined for a second month. There are a lot of classes throughout the week that can suit anyones schedule. I have recommended the studio to several people already.

I’ve only started on my yoga journey, and it’s been an absolutely amazing experience. Staff is helpful and friendly and the teachers are amazing. I never thought I’d be the person to enjoy yoga, however I absolutely love it now. Thank you 🙂
Good location , underground parking available , good trainer with different skills , I will give Juana Basto and Siobhan 5star , you can have shower after the class, they have really good mobile application where you can book your class or buy packages and keep you up to date with there offers ,
