What do I need to bring to a yoga or pilates class at Zen Yoga?
All you need to bring is comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, your personal mats, towels and a water bottle.

No, you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga or pilates. These practices are designed to help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, and the poses can be modified to accommodate different levels of flexibility.
How often should I come to Zen Yoga to see results?
The frequency of your visits to Zen Yoga will depend on your fitness goals and lifestyle. We recommend attending classes at least two to three times per week to see the best results.
Can I practice yoga or pilates if I have an injury or health condition?
In most cases, it is safe to practice yoga or pilates with an injury or health condition, as long as you inform the instructor before the class begins. They can modify the class to suit your needs and provide alternative poses if necessary. However, if you have a serious health condition or are recovering from an injury, we recommend consulting with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
Is it necessary to register for classes in advance?
While it’s not necessary to register in advance, we recommend doing so to ensure your spot in a class. You can register through our website, or by calling our studio. Walk-ins are also welcome, but please arrive early to secure your spot.
What is the cancellation policy at Zen Yoga?
If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least Cancellation for REFORMER 12 hours before class / Cancellation for YOGA / PILATES MAT 6 hours before class in advance to avoid being charged for the class. This policy allows us to give your spot to someone else who may be on the waiting list.
